 Hello families!

The weather this week is supposed to be quite cold. Students should be prepared for the cold weather by wearing warm boots, a winter jacket, snow pants, gloves or mittens, and a warm hat or hood. We are outside unless it is -20 and, even when it is -20, may be outside for short periods of time. We ask that students come to school already wearing their winter wear so they are comfortable being outside before the bell rings in the morning and during the recess periods. (If it is not -20 in the mornings, students will be outside prior to the bell.)

Please make sure your child has all these winter items!

We continued learning and practicing words with “King Ed”. We’ve been noticing more and more words that have a silent e! 

We wrote super sentences about our favourite winter activities. Ask me what I wrote about!

We went to the makerspace and coded with the code mice and codapillars! We created a maze or pathway to try and have our robots follow directions.
