Hello families!

The weather this week is supposed to be quite cold. Students should be prepared for the cold weather by wearing warm boots, a winter jacket, snow pants, gloves or mittens, and a warm hat or hood. We are outside unless it is -20 and, even when it is -20, may be outside for short periods of time. We ask that students come to school already wearing their winter wear so they are comfortable being outside before the bell rings in the morning and during the recess periods. (If it is not -20 in the mornings, students will be outside prior to the bell.)

Please make sure your child has all these winter items!

We reviewed the job of King Ed (he makes vowels say their name like in words like make and like)! We continued writing sentences about what activities we like to do during the winter time!

We practiced following directions... by getting our friends ready to go outside! It was very funny and we made sure we were clear about our instructions! Ask me what I thought about it!
