We will be going on our winter walk tomorrow! We will be staying pretty close to the school and will be gone for about 30 minutes.
We finished our writing and pictures about our own circles of sharing and caring! These are what some students wrote and drew.
We worked on our addition with dice independently today and learned about balance with equality (when two things equal the same).
We learned about how Chinese cultures celebrate Lunar New Year. Our classmate, Xavier, brought in Lucky Red Envelopes with a little trinket for each student. It was so exciting being apart of that celebration.
Thank you to Xavier and his mom, Desiree, for organizing this for us!
We worked on our writing about respecting nature. We have been learning about the 7 Sacred Teachings and how the buffalo represents respect.
We continued learning about Lunar New Year in music and played along with the beat!
